| Spring Ahead into Daylight Saving Time |
As of 2am Sunday morning, Daylight Saving Time has returned. Set your clocks one hour forward. While walking around your home adjusting clocks, it may also be a good time to press the "test" button on your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors to ensure they still function properly. Remember to change the batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors at least once a year.
To sync your clocks with the correct time, go to www.Time.gov to see the official time. |

A Brief History of Knight Fire
Founded in 1983, The Knight Township Fire Department faithfully serves the residents of Knight Township outside the city limits of Evansville, IN. The Knight Township Fire Department is comprised of over 65 men and women who react quickly to approximately 800 emergency calls per year. Dispatches range from minor EMS calls to multi-alarm fires. Our response area includes residential, commercial and industrial areas. We also cover a major part of the Ohio River, several highways, and Interstate 164.
